Day 21/365

Let me introduce you to Zoila and her op shop in Mandurah, WA. This is a *great* op shop, and Zoila set it up all herself to support her community. Got to love that. (Plus I once scored Yohji Yamamoto overalls here for an absolute bargain, so it will always be dear to me!)

When op-shopping in a hurry, best to wear easy 'on and off' gear... thus sporting KD pants today.

The final thing is whether WA op-shops ever really benefitted from the Ken Done Revolution... we've been looking all around this town and so far, not much luck. Can anyone who lives full-time in this city help me out? Surely we can find some KD here to showcase!

Hi, I came to your blog via Year of Denim and I am very happy that you are providing me with a new second hand ashion fixation. I am based in the inner west of Sydney but do most of my op-shopping in the outer west of Sydney (where I grew up). Next time I get a chance to go op-shopping I will be looking out for The Done for you. raquel

Raquel cheers for your lovely comments and enthusiasm! I would *seriously* love you on board checking out all our local communities for the *gold* that is Ken Done...

And remember to everyone, you can help out in any of these three ways:
1. Donate some spare cash to The Social Studio (TSS). No amount is too small - together we can make a difference!

2. Like Raquel, keep your eye out for KD in the shops. Then please send it in to me - I'll showcase it - and then we can Ebay it off to other fans to raise money for TSS. (Get Involved has my postal address)

3. Email me in a photo of YOU wearing KD. It could be right now, it could be a *good* shot from the 1980s. You know you want too... jackie@goodfashionforgood.com
