Day 4/365 (2)

Here I am down at the Sydney Opera House. It's a freezing day, but I wanted this first Done-inspired Friday to be at a great Australian icon. My inspiration today is this *cracker* of a dress by an Australian designer, Anna Bennett. I can't find out much about Bennett other than she works out of Parramatta, in Western Sydney. But what I can tell you is Bennett was well into digital prints on clothing before Christopher Kane wowed us with his gorilla dress (Spring 2009). And what I can also tell you is I picked this number up at a Parramatta op-shop for a song. So everyone is happy! And in case you haven't worked it out, that was where the Opera House shot came from earlier today... I wouldn't usually say this, but look at my crotch, and you'll see an image of the Opera House! (Plus there is also the Twelve Apostles, windsurfers, the Great Barrier Reef, etc. all on the dress.) All style to you, Ms Bennett!

I think you should perhaps request donations of clothing items to assist in your challenge (& dedication) and auction them off at the end of the challenge.
