Day 89/365: Celebration of Linda Jackson: Day 11

I don't even know where to start, there's so much to celebrate today! Just look at my grin!

It's been *super* fun celebrating Linda Jackson and her genius for 11 days. I'm ending with this *amazing* bag given to me by my darling partner. Linda, Australia fashion is the better for you!

Today is also the anniversary of Australia II winning the America's Cup in Perth. Who could forget Bob Hawke? Ken Done marked the moment, thank goodness - and with a placemat! I feel a bit like my photo is me waiting at the airport to pick up a Big Sailor Koala. Just my style, really. So lucky that I also have my sail-boat KD shirt too (featured Day 33/365)...

Then there's the shiny piece in Vice Blog on WKBD. So welcome to new Vice readers! Here at *good fashion for good* we're all about celebrating 1980s Australian fashion, all to raise money for The Social Studio. So please enjoy and please think about donating in a Ken Done item, sending in a photo of you in Done, or donating a dollar or two for this really really good cause :-)

Australiana to the max! I love the use of all the state emblem flowers on the bag. How fitting for the one day in September with the national game on the telly!

I need a day off to cope with such hotness.

David M: And you'll get to live that day all over again, now! Perhaps I better wear the bag again... or better yet, unlike Julia Gillard's 'moz' words on the day, I should just stop trying to be cool and know what the hell is going on with football...
