Day 141/365

Earrings from New Zealand, brooch from my Mum, vintage necklaces, Ken Done top from Ken and Judy Done's 'Jackie Box', Miss Shop dress (op shop), Beechers Brook pants (op shops), Elen Wagner shoes, pigeonhole ring, silver cuff from Iain.

This really is the craziest type of fabric in this Ken Done top: it's like a mix between terry-towelling and corduroy! (And Ken Done clearly had a mix-match outfit idea for both 'tops' and 'bottoms' in this style). Considering this - and that I'm at work today - pulling off an outfit that doesn't make me look like the loveable 'Norm' is amazing! So 'Life Be In It!'

I love this outfit. You have managed to make seaside fashion look somewhat elegantly corporate.

Thanks Julia. I actually ended up getting quite a few comments at work about this top. Again, I'm a bit surprised... it really had the potential to go *bad-wrong*, not *good-wrong* !

Who would have thunk terry-corduroy would have such a pull!
